I am blessed! But, as it turns out, the blessings I’ve received are not just for me. God requires that I will be a blessing to others. And not only other people but the world around me, including the environment. Like a great leader of old once said,

Great quote. A couple of examples of people who put that into practice: John Wesley famously lived on 28 pounds a year and gave the rest away – keeping his expenditure completely steady even when his income doubled, tripled then quadrupled. Then more recently another John – Uncle John Stott – lived his working life in a two room apartment, ‘recycling’ (as he called it) all the royalties of the 50 books he authored into books for pastors in the majority world. A real challenge to me personally.
